ADI Engineering Announces Reference Platforms and “Open IP” OEM Products Based on the Intel Platform for Communications Infrastructure, Formerly Codenamed “Crystal Forest”
OCTOBER 23, 2012 – ADI Engineering, Inc. today announced immediate availability of its
“Open IP” reference platforms and semi-custom OEM products for the Intel platform for communications infrastructure, formerly codenamed “Crystal Forest.” ADI Engineering’s new reference platforms are available in AdvancedTCA (ATCA), Advanced Mezzanine Card (AMC) and PCI Express form factors, and cover the full range of the newly announced Intel platform. ADI Engineering offers development kits and OEM derivative products that rapidly scale to volume production through ADI or directly with customer-preferred manufacturing partners. ADI’s new reference platforms and semi-custom products are available immediately.
ADI Engineering’s newly announced reference platforms include the following:
- “Quadrant ATCA” based on dual Intel® Xeon® processor E5-2600 family CPUs and four Intel® Communications Chipset 8920 devices (http://adiengineering.com/products/atca)
- “Quadrant AMC” based on the Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1125C and E3-1105C, the Intel® Core® i3-2115 Processor, the Intel® Pentium® Processor B915C, and the Intel® Celeron® Processor 725C, with the Intel® Communications Chipset 8920 (http://adiengineering.com/products/microtca-and-amc)
- “CPIC” PCI Express accelerated NIC and security co-processor based on the Intel® Communications Chipset 8920 (http://adiengineering.com/products/cpic)
