Steve Yates - Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer
Steve Yates founded ADI in 1990 and brings 20 years experience in business development, management, and engineering in the wireless, network security, and embedded computer markets. Steve has led the company through its substantial growth, to its position today as the leading provider of reference platforms, OEM platforms and custom derivatives for Intel network processors. Prior to ADI, Steve worked as a Hardware Engineer for Intel Corporation and GE Fanuc. Steve graduated with the BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia. Steve is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Jeff Pompeo - Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Pompeo is Chief Operating Officer at ADI Engineering where he is responsible for guiding the business operations of the company as well as finanical planning, strategic investments, and new initiatives. Jeff has 20 years of broad leadership experience with entrepreneurial Hi-Tech firms as well as large multinational corporations. He previously served as President & CEO of GE-Cisco Industrial Networks, a joint venture between Cisco Systems and General Electric; Chief Technology Officer for a number of Telecommunications firms in the Wireless, Broadband, and Converged Services markets; and Chief Information Officer for GE Fanuc Automation. Jeff earned a degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and an MBA from Virginia Tech.
Dan Schnittka - Vice President of Engineering
Dan Schnittka brings 20 years of engineering experience to the management team including 8 years as a key member of the ADI Engineering staff. Dan has gained extensive experience in the design of high performance embedded electronic products at the system, printed circuit board, and FPGA/ASIC levels. Prior to joining ADI Engineering in 1998, Mr. Schnittka held various engineering positions at GE Fanuc Automation and the Naval Research Lab. Mr.Schnittka has a BSEE from Northwestern University and a MEEE from the University of Virginia.
Mike Losego - Vice President of Sales
Mike Losego is responsible for ADI's global sales models in various channels. He has 26 years collective experience in business development, sales, channel development and management at multiple vertical levels. Prior to ADI, Mike was a member of Intel's Extended Sales Force providing silicon-to-system solutions. Mike also managed several strategic accounts while at the Arrow Alliance Group, which focused upon multi-national/multi-location OEMs with a global footprint. He also previously served in a sales management role for an electronics component distributor. Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.
