Sidewinder IXP465 Access Gateway Reference Design
New lower price - Now only $695Sidewinder is a fully-featured reference platform for the Intel® IXP465, IXP460, and IXP455 network processors, targeting small and medium business and embedded computing applications. Sidewinder enables rapid evaluation and development of converged "office in a box" products - integrating enterprise-grade wireless access, scalable multi-line VoIP, VPN, firewall, intrusion prevention, content filtering, switching and routing, storage, print serving, and WAN access. Sidewinder is also targeted at general-purpose evaluation and development requirements in support of the IXP46x and IXP45x product lines. The board is fully RoHS compliant and is in full production.
Operating system and application software support is being provided by ADI and leading software partners including Intoto and Kenati Technologies.
For customers needing to take custom IXP46x or IXP45x products to market, ADI can very quickly and cost effectively create complete product solutions leveraging Sidewinder. ADI follows this up with emissions certifications, enclosure design, and flexible manufacturing from initial prototypes to high volume. Alternatively, volume production can be performed directly by customers under license from ADI.
