MeshLink™ - Tri-band Fixed Residential Gateway for Metro Wireless Networks
MeshLink™ is ADI Engineering’s innovative new fixed residential gateway for metro wireless networks, securely connecting multiple subscriber devices to the citywide network over Ethernet or its integrated access point. ADI’s initial release of MeshLink™ supports RoamAD metro wireless networks, and future releases will support additional types of networks.
MeshLink™sets a new standard for metro wireless residential gateways. Optimized to run a CPE version of the RoamAD Wireless Networking Platform, MeshLink™ delivers tri-band high-power radio support, over-the-air firmware upgradeability, multiple virtual SSIDs with individual security and QoS policies, support for Wireless Multi-Media (WMM), and high performance for latency sensitive applications. MeshLink™ is available in single or dual radio versions at 2.4 GHz, 4.9 GHz or 5 GHz. MeshLink™ also enables seamless management, provisioning and performance monitoring of the client bridge with RoamAD’s management platform (RAMP). The result is a strong user experience with significant reductions in operating costs.
MeshLink™ software can be customized to support Service Provider specific software specifications and unique network designs. Private branding is an option for volume production orders.
