Overview
ADI Engineering’s Trunk Bay Design IP Kit provides everything needed to evaluate, develop and test IPTV, IP set top box, and connected A/V applications for Intel’s Atom-based CE4100 Sodaville media processor.
Trunk Bay is a small-form factor platform based on a 1.2 GHz Intel CE4150 CPU, with a 400MHz 2D/3D graphics media accelerator and 1GB of DDR3 SDRAM. The development kit comes with the Intel SDK and Linux, schematic diagrams, a power supply, HDMI and audio cables, remote control, documentation and support from ADI Engineering.
Included in the Trunk Bay kit is comprehensive technical support from ADI, including unlimited access to ADI’s web-based support extranet, as well as email and phone support directly from ADI’s engineering staff. Expanded support plans are available.
After your initial testing and development are complete, ADI stands ready with hardware and software customization services to create a product optimized to your exact requirements.

Open IP Design Source Kits
ADI's Open IP Design Source Kits provide everything you need to build or modify Trunk Bay yourself – hardware CAD source files (schematic, PCB layout), firmware and software (BIOS, OS's, drivers, etc.), bill of materials, test code, documentation, design and manufacturing licenses, and engineering support from ADI. By establishing a path to customer design licensing and self-manufacturing, ADI's Open IP Design Source Kits restore customer control lost in other COTS approaches.
