ADI follows a unique model of customer-directed manufacturing and IP transfer called Open IP. While ADI offers our customers world-class product manufacturing both in the US and offshore, we recognize that customers in some cases would rather build their products themselves. ADI sets itself apart from other ODMs by empowering our customers with complete control over their product IP, so they can decide themselves if and when to take production direct.

Unlike other ODMs who try to prevent IP transfer and direct production, ADI has made Open IP the cornerstone of our unconventional customer engagement model.
